Silfex, an on-site Springfield, OH position, is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to analyze and transform business processes for the Lam Research integration. You will define governance models, ownership, and escalation paths while coordinating across HR, Finance, IT, and Legal to enable adoption of standard processes.
You will use Lean, SIPOC, and RASCI techniques, build executive dashboards, and support organizational readiness and change management initiatives.
