Inventory Manager

Operations strategy at TJX Companies lives or dies on follow-through, and that follow-through is exactly what this Inventory Manager owns. From day one you own a slice of the business mission, earn $81,000 - $120,000, and lean on 6 years to move fast.

• Conduct competitive research and synthesize insights for executive decisions
• Keep the Inventory Manager scorecard tied to outcomes, not activity
• Author the playbook so the next Inventory Manager doesn't start from a blank page
• Smooth the handoff between S&OP closing and Kaizen onboarding

• Strong rapport-building skills and a genuinely positive presence
• A team player who lifts up colleagues and shares credit
• Resilience measured across 8 years of business cycles
