The Field Service Engineer will provide advanced technical support, commissioning, and optimization of systems and equipment for clients worldwide.

• Execute start‑up, commissioning, and performance optimization of advanced electrical and mechanical systems
• Conduct detailed equipment inspections to verify proper installation and operational readiness
• Analyze performance data during trials, ensuring systems meet or exceed operational standards
• Develop and deliver customized training programs (both hands‑on and classroom) for customer personnel
• Provide technical support for preventive and corrective maintenance strategies tailored to each project
• Review specifications and implement operational requirements to align with customer performance criteria
• Collaborate with design teams, offering field markups and feedback for “as‑built” revisions
• Coordinate and oversee on‑site activities, including vendor and contractor performance
• Prepare and present detailed technical reports, capturing equipment performance and project milestones

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of field service or relevant hands‑on engineering experience
• Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, along with operation and maintenance manuals
• Proficiency with control panels, motor starters, AC/DC drives, and instrumentation
• Proficiency with high‑speed rotating equipment
• Experience with programmable controllers and operator interface terminals is highly desirable
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with teams and customers
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work
• Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and customer service
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%, including international and long‑term assignments)
