Financial Advisor - PNC Wealth Management role at PNC

Position based in East Springfield, OH at the Springfield East branch. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

• Licensing requirements: FINRA Series 7/66 (63/65). Life & Health Insurance required.
• Consult on investment and insurance strategies, and develop financial plans for clients. Grow and retain an investment and insurance book of business. Own the client experience, handling sales and service, identify sales opportunities and make referrals to internal partners as appropriate.
• Acquire, expand and maintain client relationships through business development and client networking. Grow client loyalty and share of wallet through an exceptional client experience. Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve client problems efficiently.
• Develop and implement investment and insurance strategies for clients. Determine the best products to support such strategies. Present sound financial recommendations and guidance. Establish and monitor individual financial plans based on client needs and objectives.
• Coach and educate branch staff and internal partners to identify investment opportunities. Drive education and visibility among branch staff. Lead the branch team on actions to achieve investment results in partnership with the branch manager and/or investment sales associate. Maintain regular and effective communication with internal and external partners to build relationships that drive referrals.
• Regularly meet with the branch manager and other internal partners to review business results and pipeline management. Meet service level agreements on lead and referral follow up. Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, policies and guidelines.

• Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role. Includes required licenses/certifications and applicable education/experience.

• Pay Transparency: Base Salary: $45,000.00 – $. Salaries may vary based on location, market data, and individual skills/education. This role is incentive eligible.
