Cherish Hospice
is seeking a Community Marketer / Liaison in the Springfield/Dayton area.

The Marketing Representative will play a vital role in generating referrals by establishing and nurturing relationships with physicians, hospitals, long-term care facilities, independent and assisted living communities, and other local resources. This role involves interacting with discharge planners, case managers, and families at designated facilities.

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, discharge planners, personal care homes, etc.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote community recognition, enhance census growth, and increase referrals.
• Track Referral trends, monitor development and identify key target marketing opportunities.
• Plan and organize marketing events and informational sessions.
• Educate stakeholders about hospice care.
• Oversee initial patient consent for hospice care and ensure documentation is processed correctly.
• Attend weekly meetings to discuss successes, competitor insights, and future growth opportunities.
• Meet quotas and/or expectations set by the Director of Business Development.

• Strong, effective communication skills, and responsiveness to client needs.
• Ability to build personal relationships quickly.
• Effective leadership, analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with insured vehicle and reliable transportation.
• Deep compassion and integrity in patient care and adherence to hospice philosophy.
• Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience in hospice or healthcare.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday
