In this full-time role, you’ll manage the complete billing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance while working closely with clients, insurance providers, our electronic health record, and our dedicated team.

• Assist with all billing operations from start to finish, ensuring confidentiality and precision.
• Work with insurance companies to submit and reconcile payments.
• Handle client payment collections, verify statements, and resolve discrepancies with ease.
• Collaborate with various departments to address billing issues and streamline processes.
• Stay updated on insurance billing procedures and changes to provide top‑notch service.

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least three years of experience in handling insurance claims in a healthcare setting.
• Strong computer skills, analytical mindset, and excellent teamwork abilities.
