Job Description Choices in Community Living provides professional direct care services for individuals with autism, cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome and other developmental disabilities. You will be working in group homes and will be providing direct services to individuals with developmental disabilities including general housekeeping, meal planning/cooking, passing medications, going on outings, transporting, assisting with bathing and toileting needs and other various tasks.
Our mission is assisting people with developmental disabilities to have access to opportunities to build safe, healthy and meaningful lives in the community. We are looking for Caring, Compassionate applicants that are detail oriented, who also share a passion for providing the best services possible to the individuals we serve.

High School Diploma or equivalent
