- Lancaster, OH 43130## Overview Salary Range $50,750.00 - $86,750.00 Salary## Description Assist with the overall human resources function with a heavy emphasis on payroll (Pay Com) and benefit administration as well as numerous reporting functions.
** Experience using Pay Com as a payroll and HRIS provider is preferred.**▲Completes all aspects of payroll including cycles, changes, reports, administration.  Includes monitoring overtime, bonus payroll, incentives, commissions, GTL and all necessary deductions.▲Assists with all aspects in coordinating and enrollments of employee benefit programs, including 401k administration, HSA contributions, life insurance and LTD.  Takes care of updates for salary related benefits and monitoring changes, ensuring accuracy.

▲Develops and maintains various elements of the record keeping function.  Completes numerous reconciliations including payroll, internal DDA related payroll taxes. ▲Manages required reportings (Form 5500, EEO-1, BWC, etc.).  Department of Labor Census, Non-discrimination testing form, US Department of Commerce.  AAP and Vets 4212 Reporting▲Very instrumental in multiple audits including FDICIA and 401k (Crowe audits) and the 401k compliance testing and census, as well as internal audits with respect to payroll.

▲Taxes and Tax Filings for SUI, 1095-C, 945 Federal, 1120 Corporate Return, 720 Federal Excise, and FIT▲Multiple block entries and payments with all HR related transactions and payments.▲Will be backup for CBI Stock and dividend transactions, shareholder mailings▲Backup for the ATS system in Pay Com, onboarding, interviewing, and some disciplinary action as needed.▲Exercise independent judgment and discretion within job duties.▲
