Workday Systems Analyst

We are looking for a Workday Systems Analys
t to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

This is a great opportunity for a Workday configuration specialist to support and optimize core HR technology systems across a range of modules, in a fully remote role based out of Cleveland, OH.

• Configure and maintain Workday modules to support business and HR operational needs
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday configurations
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues across supported Workday modules
• Support Workday releases, testing, and change management for new features and enhancements
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and business process configurations within Workday
• Ensure data integrity and security configurations are properly maintained across the system
• Document system configurations, processes, and testing procedures
• Provide end-user support and training on Workday functionality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement

• Hands-on Workday configuration experience
• Experience with one or more of the following modules preferred:
  Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits, Absence, Core HCM, and Security
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment

• Broad exposure across multiple Workday modules, not a single narrow configuration area
• Fully remote flexibility for candidates based out of Cleveland, OH
• Direct collaboration with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams shaping real business processes
