Emerald Green Pros is hiring a skilled and motivated Field Manager to lead our commercial landscape maintenance operations across Ohio. In this full-time, onsite role, you’ll oversee field crews, manage day-to-day job site activity, and ensure the highest standards in landscaping, hardscaping, and seasonal snow services. From turf care to team leadership, this position is key to delivering beautiful, well-maintained properties and exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Supervise and lead landscape maintenance crews on daily tasks including mowing, mulching, pruning, edging, and weed control
• Experience operating heavy equipment such as skid steers, excavators, and similar machinery is preferred.
• Oversee hardscape and softscape installation projects across multiple job sites
• Manage snow removal operations during winter, including plowing, salting, and storm response
• Provide on-site training and enforce safety protocols and equipment use standards
• Monitor project timelines, quality control, and contract compliance
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, maintaining strong customer relationships
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide feedback to improve performance and service delivery
• Track materials, timesheets, equipment maintenance, and daily reports
• Collaborate with upper management to improve workflows, crew productivity, and job scheduling

• High school diploma or GED required
• 7+ years of experience in commercial landscaping, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Experince working with Excel, Microsoft, and CRM systems. (Preferred)
• Solid understanding of landscape maintenance techniques, irrigation, and seasonal services
• Strong team leadership, communication, and client service skills
• Ability to read site plans and work orders
• Proficient in using landscaping tools and job reporting software
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to obtain an Ohio Pesticide Applicator’s License within 6 months (preferred)
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and lifting 50 lbs+

Winter hours may vary based on storm activity for snow operations

On-site across various commercial job sites in Ohio

Must be flexible to travel locally as needed
