• These are direct hire positions with benefits effective day 1 of employment!
• 09:45 am/10:20 am start time (4‑day work week, 10‑hour shifts)
• 4:15 pm – until production is complete (4‑day work week, 10‑hour shifts)
• Pay rate – $21.28–$21.73 paid bi‑weekly

What will you be doing?

Operate Hayssen packaging equipment in a safe and responsible manner following the Packaging Machine Operator SOP.

• Operate Hayssen packaging or tray line equipment
• Able to work around machinery and equipment
• Perform forming tube changeovers (7″, 8″, 9″, and 10″ – 2lb, 3lb, and 5lb)
• Maintain a clean area
• Requires extensive problem‑solving skills
• Paperwork duties
• Control overfill
• Minimize film waste
• Computer entries
• Must be capable of performing quality checks, product changeover, re‑supplying of film.
• Employees adhere to all policies, practices and SOP’s related to producing a Safe Quality Food (SQF)
• Ensure the integrity and continued operation of the food safety system in the event of organizational or personnel changes within the company or associated facilities
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned

• Physical requirement:
  Ability to bend, stoop and lift up to 50 lbs
• Attention to detail
• Able to work in a cold temperature (35 °F)
• Ability to work overtime including weekends as required
• Must be able to work in a fast‑paced production environment
• Bilingual (preferred but not required)
