Die Maintenance Technician 2nd/3rd Shift at Topre America Corporation. This is a full‑time position, worked on the 2nd and 3rd shifts, with competitive pay up to $38.10 per hour and opportunities to advance pay through testing.

• Repair progressive and transfer tooling
• TIG weld, weld and repair tool steels
• Hand grinding
• Operate manual tool room mill, surface grinder, lathe, etc.
• Support mass production

• High School Diploma or GED
• Stable work history with good attendance
• 2‑year degree in Tool and Die Technology and at least 2 years of on‑the‑job experience, or a minimum of 5 years of documented die maintenance experience in a metal stamping facility without a degree
• Ability to work any shift, overtime, and weekends
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Practice and follow safe working methods
• Ability to read mechanical drawings
• All candidates must pass a written test; upon successful completion a hands‑on test will be given

• Programmable logic controllers: 1 year (Preferred)
• Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
• Crane experience
