Maintenance Technician (Industrial) - Springfield, OH 2nd/3rd Shift

Join Topre America Corporation as a Maintenance Technician (Industrial) at our Springfield, OH facility, working 2nd/3rd shift.

Since 1935, Topre has advanced automotive stampings and weld assemblies, supplying high‑performance components to various industries.

We are seeking Industrial Maintenance Technician(s) with experience in industrial electrical controls, troubleshooting, and repair in high‑speed manufacturing environments.

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Industrial Electrical Controls, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair DC motors and drives, AC motors, VFDs, motor controls, starters, relays, sensors, limit switches, and safety circuits.
• Experience with 24 VDC/AC up to 600 VAC and CNC laser cutting is a plus.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and robotic troubleshooting ability.
• Experience with Mitsubishi, Omron PLCs, VFDs, servos, and automated systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and use a multimeter for high/low voltage systems.
• Willingness to work various shifts with required overtime.
• Ability to MIG, TIG, and Arc weld when needed.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.

• Maintain records and use PPE correctly.
• Clean and maintain work area and equipment.
• Perform inspections of equipment and 5S processes.
• Operate forklift and other support equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Record data on supplied forms.
• Other duties as required.
