We are looking for an experienced Site Service Engineer to work with our customers to ensure our products and systems provide maximum performance and improve productivity, reliability and safety.
The successful candidate will work at the customer site to troubleshoot and provide solutions to machine breakdowns, installation, commissioning and ongoing maintenance of Winbro equipment—including machines, water plants, tooling, machine rebuilds and technology upgrades.
Role and responsibilities- Prompt identification and resolution of Winbro manufactured machinery issues and breakdowns to ensure effective right‑first‑time repair with a high level of customer service.
- Provide technical customer service and support during installation, commissioning and servicing of Winbro manufactured machinery and associated support equipment.
- Maintain, service and commission EDM machine tools and associated automation equipment utilizing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and high‑pressure water systems.
- Install and commission technical upgrade packages from mechanical, pneumatic and electrical drawings, and perform software & firmware updates of required components.
- Execute preventive and reactive maintenance at customer sites and respond promptly to service requests.
- Provide technical support and service training both internally and externally while maintaining professional and technical knowledge.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and support multiple teams.
- Accurately complete written and PC‑based maintenance records.
- Provide periodic reports to management, including customer complaints, trends and suggestions for improvement.
- Additional responsibilities include customer relationship management, written documentation of service activities, and effective interaction with internal technical support personnel, manufacturing and sales.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent all‑round skills in electrical/electronic and mechanical maintenance disciplines, and detailed working knowledge of PC‑based CNC equipment. Physical requirement: ability to lift 50 lbs. You must possess a valid driver’s license and U.S. citizenship or an existing Green Card due to facility access requirements.
