Job OverviewJob Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Springfield, OH
Job Type: Contract (Onsite)
Pay: Up to $40 per hour (Loaded)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our team and ensure operational excellence.
Requirements- 5+ years of supervisory experience
- 5+ years in manufacturing
- Drive completion of safety corrective actions and audits
- Lead safety initiatives: LOTO, Arc Flash, PPE, Confined Space, JSA’s
- Manage daily maintenance activities and respond to downtime events
- Ensure smooth production start-up and maximize equipment availability
- Collaborate with engineering and reliability teams for continuous improvement
- Meet BPD goals and update metrics
- Complete leadership standard work and layered audits
- Attend scheduled team meetings
