Overview
Staffmark is hiring a Robotic Welder in Springfield, OH. Join our team as a Robotic Welder and help keep production running smoothly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Schedule & PayMonday–Friday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
$16/hr
What You'll Do- Operate robotic welding machinery and meet or exceed production standards
- Monitor quality and maintain accurate production reports
- Handle components and finished products, placing them in proper containers (tubs, skids, boxes, etc.)
- Complete required paperwork for quality, timekeeping, scrap, and traceability
- Collaborate with coordinators, managers, and fellow team members
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED
- Manufacturing experience preferred, including experience with presses
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Must wear steel-toed shoes and safety glasses
