Location: Springfield, OH
Pay Rate: $21.00 -$24.00per hour
Shift Options: 6 AM-6:10 PM or 6 PM-6:10 AM

Looking for a solid Machine Operator job close to home? If you know how to keep machines moving and the line alive, we’ve got steady work and weekly pay with your name on it.

• GED or diploma (trade school = bonus)
• Experience running machines or working in production/warehouse
• Mechanical smarts — you know your way around tools and gauges
• Sharp eye for detail to keep quality tight
• Strength and stamina — lift up to 50 lbs. and stay on your feet
• Team player who shows up, works safe, and gets it done

• Fire up and run machines to keep the line moving smooth
• Watch for problems, troubleshoot quick, and keep production on track
• Check quality and make sure every product meets the mark
• Handle setups, adjustments, and minor repairs when needed
• Work safe, work steady, and keep the floor running strong
