The State‑Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) position works under the direction of a Case Manager/DON and is responsible for providing resident care to assigned residents in accordance with resident assessments, care plans, and as directed by nursing management. The STNA works with other licensed care staff to coordinate the proper types of care to residents and strictly follows all company nursing policies and procedures as well as safety guidelines.

- Ability to work well within a team environment and collaborate daily with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and STNA leadership
- Eager to pursue certifications and further education
- Work closely with patients on a one‑to‑one level while receiving strong support from the patient care team
- Ability to work independently on a day‑to‑day basis
- Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
- State‑tested nursing assistant certification in the state(s) of practice
- CPR certified
