Job Description

We are currently seeking a PRN/Part-Time RN Case Manager to serve our Legacy Village community in Xenia, OH
. This is an exciting opportunity for an OT who shares our passion for advancing better living and care for seniors

• Current and active RN license
• 1-2 years of HH experience-required
• OASIS knowledge-required
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Dedication to providing exceptional patient care
