Emerald Green Pros is seeking a hands-on, motivated Team Leader to supervise and support landscape maintenance crews in delivering high-quality services to commercial clients across Ohio. As a Team Leader, you’ll be on the front lines of field operations—guiding a crew of 3–6 landscapers, managing daily tasks, and ensuring properties stay pristine through every season. • Supervise a crew of 3–6 team members on daily landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, mulching
• Experience operating heavy equipment such as skid steers, excavators, and similar machinery is preferred.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
• Communicate with clients on-site to address concerns, report progress, and build lasting relationships
• Assist in snow removal operations during winter storms, including plowing, salting, and coordinating with management on response times
• Monitor equipment condition, perform basic troubleshooting, and report maintenance needs
• Track materials used, complete daily logs, and ensure proper documentation of work completed

• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial landscaping or grounds maintenance
• Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Working knowledge of turf care, plant health, irrigation systems, and commercial landscape equipment
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to obtain Ohio Pesticide Applicator’s License (preferred but not required)

Hourly Pay: $18–$26/hour, based on experience

Winter hours may vary depending on snow events and seasonal demands

Onsite work at commercial properties across Ohio
