Emerald Green Pros is looking for a dependable and hardworking Commercial Landscape Technician to join our commercial landscape maintenance team. Based in Ohio, this full-time, onsite position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in physical work, and want to be part of a professional team that transforms high‑profile commercial properties year‑round. From spring cleanups to winter snow removal, you'll help maintain stunning, safe, and well‑kept landscapes throughout every season.

• Perform general landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, mulching, and weed control
• Assist in seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, snow shoveling, salting, and plowing support during winter months
• Operate landscape equipment such as push mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools
• Follow safety procedures and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
• Support your crew and Team Leader by communicating clearly and working collaboratively
• Load, unload, and transport tools and materials between job sites as needed
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance on all commercial client properties
• Report equipment malfunctions or unsafe conditions to your supervisor

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 2 years of experience in landscape or grounds maintenance (preferred but not required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding outdoor work
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow)
• Basic understanding of landscaping tools and maintenance procedures
• Team‑oriented attitude with strong communication skills
• Punctual, dependable, and eager to learn new skills

• Hourly Pay: $17–$19/hour, based on experience

Full‑Time:
Monday – Friday

Winter hours may fluctuate depending on snow events and seasonal demand

Onsite at commercial properties throughout Ohio

Outdoor fieldwork with regional travel as required
