Groundskeeper

Springfield , Ohio area

Shift: 1st Shift (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday)

Pay Rate: $14.50 / hour

Groundskeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty, cleanliness, and safety of our outdoor properties. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in hands-on work, and thrives in a consistent, daylight shift structure.

• Lawn Care: Operate commercial and standard mowers to maintain grass areas at proper heights.
• Landscaping & Trimming: Utilize string trimmers, edgers, and pruners to maintain clean borders around buildings, walkways, and trees.
• Property Upkeep: Perform general outdoor maintenance, including clearing debris, pulling weeds, and ensuring the grounds remain tidy and presentable.
• Equipment Care: Safely operate and perform basic checks on lawn care tools and machinery.

• License: Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License.
• Dependability: Ability to maintain a consistent schedule working Monday through Friday.
• Physical Ability: Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand, walk, and lift equipment throughout the shift.
• Experience: Previous experience in landscaping, mowing, or general grounds maintenance is a plus, but a strong work ethic is highly valued.
