Job Description:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Supervises Day to day activities with zone techs, lab techs, and Engineers.
• Determine training needs of subordinates for Management approval
• Trains subordinates as needed per schedules set by Management
• Directs workers engaged in inspection and testing activities related to product quality and reliability
• Writes annual reviews for Subordinates

Establishes procedures and methods for:

• Line Patrols
• Line Audits
• Monthly Audits
• QA inspection
• Problem analysis
• Quality alerts
• Receiving / Inspection
• Budget

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (B.

A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Mathematical Skills:

Have the ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Quality Alert Database;
AutoCAD Design software;
Microsoft Office Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Office Word Processing software.

Travel is required as needed for training and customer service.
