The Merchandiser is responsible for setting customer’s stores. The Merchandiser reports directly to the Merchandising Manager overseeing the geographical area they service. A Merchandiser may be either permanent in the position, or a temporary Sales Trainee assigned to the department as part of his/her ongoing sales training program/schedule.

• Assist in setting or resetting product to include industry wide and core-mark specific planograms.
• Assists in creating customer store lay‑outs upon request, and physically merchandising the product at the customer’s store.
• Records unsalable merchandise via an iPad when re‑setting customer stores, in order for customer to receive credit.
• Participates in periodic overnight travel which may include multiple nights.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Assists the Merchandising Manager in maintaining inventory of all merchandising supplies, including the proper stocking of department work vehicles.
