Minimum starting hourly rate: $19.13 per hour – $22.50 per hour.

• Set daily and weekly sales goals, oversee coworker sales activities, approve rental agreements, monitor sales results for revenue and growth.
• Oversee coworker collection activities, follow up on accounts requiring manager intervention, approve customer commitments, provide training and leadership to ensure coworkers comply with collection procedures.
• Monitor and achieve planned profit results for the store by managing store resources, ensuring compliance with company policies, protecting company assets through expense management, controlling inventory, product ordering and pricing, cash handling, store security, and resolving problems and complaints quickly.
• Provide effective training and development for all coworkers, schedule and organize daily activities and goals, staff, recruit and hire for assigned store, maximize retention of coworkers, reduce turnover, and manage direct coworkers, train for exceptional customer service.

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC’s Store Manager Development Program during the training period.
• Computer literacy/proficiency in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record; you will be driving company vehicles.
