WIS International is hiring for a part‑time Retail Associate – Inventory. Starting wage is $17.00 - $22.00 with potential for additional productivity‑based increases.

This role is ideal for individuals who love structure, enjoy working on their feet, and want to turn focus and stamina into results. As an Inventory Specialist you will count and record inventory, follow a clear workflow, and meet daily performance goals.

• Count and record inventory with precision – accuracy matters.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales, Driver, or Warehouse work.
• No inventory experience? No problem – we provide training.
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts.
• Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• No degree needed.
• Open to those returning to the workforce or with military experience.
• Access to reliable transportation.

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, frequently be in low‑level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; use a ladder; lift and carry items up to 25 lbs; and occasionally travel by car and plane, including overnight stays.
