Ask questions and listen to understand what each customer is looking for Learn the Toyota lineup and help customers find the vehicle that fits their needs

Demonstrate vehicles and explain features in an easy-to-understand wayTake customers on test drives and help make the experience exciting

Build relationships and follow up with customers throughout the sales process

Work with the sales team and management to help customers complete their purchase

Stay organized and keep up with customer follow-upsWork toward individual and team goals
