Inside Sales Representative

We opened this Inside Sales Representative role because Stripe's Springfield ambitions outgrew the team carrying them. Net it out: hybrid, $69,000 - $110,000, 7 years, ownership of the sales marketing outcome, and a Stripe team that has your back.

• Brief the Inside Sales Representative team on what's working in this week's market
• Carry a $69,000 - $110,000-tier quota and the playbook to hit it
• Analyze campaign metrics and optimize spend against revenue targets
• Walk new sales marketing clients through onboarding so they stick around
• Tune the ad creative until the sales marketing cost-per-lead drops

• At least 7 years of standing behind your own estimates
• Familiarity with the rhythms of a low-drama hybrid team
• A keen eye for quality and consistency in your output
• A growth mindset that treats feedback as fuel, not threat

Equal parts laboratory and workshop, Stripe builds purpose-soaked sales marketing products that hold up far beyond the borders of Springfield, OH. Growth budgets at Stripe are generous because a sharper Challenger Sale you means a stronger team.
