Facilities Electrical Technician – Lorien

Join Lorien’s Facilities team as an Electrical Technician. This contract‑to‑hire role offers a transition to full‑time and training for new hires. Applicants with Electrical, Electronic, or related technical certification and 0‑2+ years of experience are encouraged to apply.

$26.00/hr – $30.00/hr

• Maintain and repair electrical equipment including switch gear, UPS, transformers, batteries, generators, chillers, HVAC, fire/life safety devices.
• Walk sites, check alarms, troubleshoot power discrepancies, and resolve breaker issues.

• Electrical or Mechanical degree, Technical certification (Military, Trade School, HVAC), or 0‑2+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands‑on troubleshooting of electrical power systems.
• Basic electrical theory, tool use (multimeter, pliers, screwdriver).
• Electrical procedure use and adherence; personal protective equipment usage.
• Strong verbal and written communication; leadership and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail, ability to prioritize in a complex, busy environment.
• Data Center experience is a plus.
