Substitute Bus/Aide
Springfield City School District is seeking a Substitute Bus/Aide for the 2025‑2026 school year. Wage is $16.00 per hour.
Responsibilities- Assist driver with loading and unloading students
- Assist students in proper seating assignments
- Use proper lifting techniques, safety restraints, wheelchair lifts, etc.
- Assist driver with traveling correct route
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Willing to obtain State of Ohio Educational Aide Certificate
Training is provided by the Springfield City School District at no cost.
Substitutes are temporary at‑will employees and work on an as‑needed basis.
