CDL‑A Route Driver - Days

Drive a tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate local, over‑the‑road (OTR), shuttle, and overnight routes to deliver food and food‑related products to customers in a safe and timely manner.

• Perform safety checks and pre/post trip inspections according to DOT regulations.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines.
• Inspect trailer for properly loaded freight.
• Perform count check of items and complete required paperwork.
• Drive to and deliver customer orders according to route schedule.
• Collect signatures and collect money where required.
• Load and secure trailer doors and secure freight.
• Complete daily record of hours of service.
• Perform general housekeeping duties and keep trailers clean.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 1+ year of commercial driving experience.
• 6+ months of delivery experience.
• Valid CDL‑A.
• Meet all state licensing and/or certification requirements.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report for past 3 years.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• Hold a current DOT Health Card or be able to secure new one.
• Able to hand‑lift and utilize two‑wheeler, lift gate and/or other equipment to move product cases ranging from 10‑35 pounds up to 60‑90 pounds.
