Location: Springfield, OH
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday (some Saturdays) | 7 AM – 3:30 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Experience Requirements

• Safe driving history with a strong commitment to defensive driving practices.
• Ability to inspect vehicles, identify safety concerns, and complete required documentation.
• Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and proper cargo securement when applicable.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet delivery schedules.
• Professional communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Forklift training is preferred but not required.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to utilize a power jack and liftgate are a must.
• Ability to sit for extended periods while safely operating a vehicle.
• Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift, move, or secure freight and materials when required by the assignment.
• Ability to perform vehicle inspections and work safely in varying weather and road conditions.
• Ablitty to push, pull, lift up to 50lbs

• This is a NON-CDL position but experience with straight trucks is recommended.
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear MVR
• 1 year CDL experience (within the past 3 years) preferred
• No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years)
• No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years)
