PayBase pay: $17.00/hr – $17.00/hr.
Job DescriptionThe Picker/Packer will accurately and efficiently pick product and prepare orders for shipment while observing all safety regulations and ensuring quality standards are met. The role involves standing, walking, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift and may require work in coolers, freezers, and dry environments. It requires operational knowledge of scanning equipment and the ability to work independently or as a team member within the department.
The position is full‑time, 2nd shift (Monday‑Friday, start time 2 pm, finish when finished).
- Accurately pick and pack product according to established standards.
- Run scanning equipment and pack orders to customer specifications.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Self‑identify mistakes, recommend solutions, and provide timely feedback to all levels.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- 6‑12 months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
- Must be able to work scheduled times and required overtime.
- Can stand, walk, reach, lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Capable of lifting and stacking product between 10‑35 pounds, and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to work in multi‑temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
- Pass pre‑employment drug test.
