The Receptionist is a vital role at Riverview Pet Lodge serving the team in the following areas of responsibility:
HostAs first contact in-person, on the phone, and via email, the Receptionist leads the pack in maintaining a friendly, positive, and refreshing environment
Ensuring the safety of all of the animals who come under our care by managing the data for vaccinations and screening first-time visitors to make sure they will be a good fit.
Cat Care ProviderAs the point person for the care of our feline guests, the receptionist is responsible for feeding, watering, cleaning, and playing with our cats.
Booking AgentA ninja on the computer with our cloud-based reservation system, the Receptionist is both organized and able to juggle multiple things all at once.
Point of Sale SpecialistHandling each check-out with grace and poise perpetuates the friendly atmosphere that makes our customers raving fans.
