• Greeting visitors and providing a friendly, professional first impression
• Answering incoming calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members
• Assisting with filing, data entry, and general computer-related tasks
• Providing administrative support to the HR department
• Helping maintain an organized and efficient front office

• Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience
• Strong typing, data entry, and basic computer skills
• Experience organizing and maintaining files and records
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, dependable, professional attitude

• Earn $22.00 per hour with a consistent weekday daytime schedule
• Enjoy a short-term 6-7-week assignment during the holiday season
