Graphic Designer

Your cursor has opinions, your grid has logic, and your output has soul, which is the rare combination Apollo needs in a Graphic Designer. An internship Graphic Designer seat at Apollo that pairs $64,000 - $89,000 with ownership, collaboration, and a long-term growth track.

• Map the emotional arc of a launch video, beat by beat, before a frame is shot
• Rescue a stalled concept by attacking it from an User Research angle nobody tried
• Reverse-engineer a competitor's hit to understand the mechanic, not copy the look
• Deliver pixel-perfect, production-ready files to engineering and print teams
• Trace a thread from Apollo values to the smallest UI detail
• Test and optimize creative variations through A/B experiments

Pitch fresh concepts in cross-functional reviews and stakeholder presentations
• Curate and art-direct a consistent visual feed across owned channels

• 4+ years navigating the politics that creative work attracts
• An OR sensibility, or genuine curiosity about this market
• Solid understanding of creative best practices and industry standards
• Equal parts Adobe After Effects depth and Stakeholder Management curiosity
• Resilience measured across 4 years of creative cycles
• Comfort being accountable for a warm-yet-rigorous outcome in an internship role
