- $ 18.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07 : 30am to 04 : 00pm)
- Answer calls promptly, staying upbeat and professional.
- Transfer calls accurately to the appropriate teammate or department.
- Keep the phone system running smoothly and handle on-hold calls efficiently.
- Greet visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Maintain a neat and welcoming front desk area.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience required
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Handle sensitive information with discretion
- Effective communication and presentation across all levels
- Proficient in MS Office
- Deliver customer-focused solutions and adapt as needed
- Manage multiple projects with attention to detail
- Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- High School Diploma or GED required; college a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
