Daily Bill Rate:
Includes 8 hours on weekdays;
Includes 4 hours gratis on weekends

Overtime:

• Weekdays:
  After 8 hours
• Weekends:
  Time and a half after 4 hours

Shifts:

Weekday clinic + hospital rounding; weekend call as assigned

Location:

Clinic located within main hospital + hospital itself

Privileges Needed:
Both hospital & clinic

Practice Setting:
Inpatient / Outpatient

Patient Population:
Adult / Geriatric

Average Census: 15 clinic patients / day;
rounding patients / day

Support:
At times solo provider, but also supported by General Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, and Cardiac Electrophysiology colleagues

Epic

• Cardiac Catheterization
• Interventional Cardiology
• DCCVs
• Temporary pacemaker (as needed)

• Board Certification:
  Interventional Cardiology (Required)
• License:
  Active Oregon license strongly preferred (can consider reactivation if provider is a strong fit)
• Credentialing: days (fast track available)
• Experience:
  
  Prior inpatient & outpatient cardiology required
