Responsibilities- 7 on 7 off schedule -- Tuesday through Monday, 8am - 6pm
- 12 - 15 patients per day
- Team includes 3 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners
- EMR: EPIC
- Onsite position with hospital privileges required
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
