Thurston Medical Clinic is seeking a skilled and collaborative Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our thriving multi-specialty, outpatient practice in Springfield, Oregon. Benefit Highlights
- $140,000 - $145,000 base salary, with production compensation ? $180,000 annually
- 36 patient hours over a 4-day work week + 1/2 day admin - protect your work-life balance

Required Qualifications & Abilities
- Currently licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Required:
Minimum 1 year experience as a licensed FNP or PA in Primary Care - Preferred:
Minimum 2 years experience as a licensed FNP or PA in Primary Care - Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
- Passionate about whole-person, community-based care

- Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
- Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
