• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care needs.
• Document patient care in the healthcare record according to established standards.
• Direct and delegate care to other team members in accordance with their education, credentials, and demonstrated competence.
• Ensure own professional effectiveness through education and professional development.
• Participate in the development of and maintain established hospital policies, procedures and objectives, quality improvement, safety, environmental and infection prevention program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Accredited School of Nursing required:
  Nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred:
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Preferred:
  Specialty certification.
• Minimum one year required in an acute care facility or successful completion of a training course/orientation and standard competencies within six months of hire.
• Registered Nurse required.
• Basic Life Support upon hire.

Pay Rate: $47.40 - $74.48/hour
