The Esther at Riverbend Assisted Living, located in Springfield, OR, is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Life Enrichment Assistant to help serve our residents and conduct our life enrichment program.

• Assist the Life Enrichment Director in coordinating and conducting resident activities.
• Provide residents with activity programming to enhance their lives and promote our person-centered care philosophy.
• Ensure that each resident’s needs, limitations, and preferences are evaluated and provide residents with corresponding activity programming in a manner that supports our holistic approach to wellness.
• Assist in creating the monthly activity calendar and newsletter.
• May be required to drive the community van for outings.
• Ensure residents are provided with privacy, respect, and dignity.
• Follow standard precautions and infection control procedures.
• Complete state required training upon hire and annually.

• Possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills for word processing.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.

• Full Time
• Days:
  Tuesday to Saturday.
