Position: Med Tech (Medication Technician)
Location: Springfield, OR
Type: Full-time / Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour, Depending on experience

Accurately administer medications to residents as prescribed.
Keep detailed and up-to-date records of medication distribution and resident health.
Monitor residents for any adverse reactions and report any concerns to healthcare providers.
Assist residents with daily activities as needed, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare staff to ensure holistic care for our residents.
Previous experience in a senior care or healthcare setting (preferred but not required).
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Compassionate, patient, and able to build relationships with residents.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
