• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for patients experiencing midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate within a multi-specialty care team- including the patient's dedicated medical provider and therapist to ensure a cohesive, holistic care plan that drives superior patient outcomes.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program format to facilitate sustainable lifestyle changes, manage symptoms, and enhance overall well-being.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, body composition changes, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for all visits conducted through the Pomelo platform.

• National certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) with a license to practice in any US state.
  * Candidates licensed in multiple states are highly encouraged to apply.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and electronic medical records (EMR).
• Strong clinical independence and exceptional communication skills, with a collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care.

• Experience or strong clinical interest in supporting patients with:
  
  Conditions of metabolic syndrome
• Weight loss and body composition changes
• Osteopenia/osteoporosis
• Gut health concerns, including bloating, IBS, and elimination diets
• Anti-inflammatory eating patterns

• $60.00 to $70.00 per active visit hour, plus pay for no-shows

• $250, paid after completing your first visit

• You won't practice in a silo; you'll work alongside dedicated medical providers and therapists to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.

• We have zero financial ties to supplements or compounded drug sales, and you have the autonomy to determine the appropriate care cadence. Your clinical judgment remains independent and focused solely on patient outcomes, and you can deep dive into a specialized women's health role.

• We handle filling your schedule, credentialing, and billing, and we provide AI documentation tools to streamline your charting.

• You control your schedule. Choose the days and times you are available to accept patient visits.

• Optional provider forums and case consultations to support your professional growth.

• Earn Continuing Professional Education Units (CPEUs) to maintain your CDR credentials at no cost through internal learning sessions.

Dietitians are compensated on a per-visit basis. Rates may vary by visit type, visit length, visit timing, payer requirements, and other program factors. Pomelo does not guarantee a minimum number of visits or earnings. Based on current visit rates and typical visit lengths, completed visits may result in approximate earnings equivalent to $60.00 to $70.00 per active visit hour. This is a 1099 independent contractor role and is not an employment (W-2) position.

As an independent contractor, you will not be eligible for employee benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, workers' compensation, or unemployment benefits.
