Job Summary:

• The LPN functions as a member of the Patient Care team.
• Under the direction of an RN, the LPN will collect data regarding a patient's status, record objective and subjective data in an accurate and timely manner and report the data in a timely manner.
• The LPN will assist the RN in planning and coordinating care, implementation of treatments and interventions and evaluations of aspects of patient care.
• The LPN accepts responsibility for individual nursing actions, utilizes current standards of practice and follows organizational and departmental policies and procedures using a high level of professional expertise, assuming responsibility for professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

• One Year acute care experience highly preferred.
• Current licensure as LPN, State of Oregon.
• Current BLS.
