• Provide perioperative nursing care for patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery, including preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care.
• Assist in surgical procedures involving the cardiovascular system, ensuring sterility and efficiency of the operating room.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs, assess their condition, and respond promptly to any changes during surgery.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver safe and effective patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of surgical procedures, patient assessments, and post‑surgical care plans.

• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a cardiovascular operating room (CVOR).
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, patient monitoring, and cardiovascular care techniques.
