• Vascular Surgery Nurse Practitioner
• Start:
  As soon as credentialed

  Day 12-hour call shifts 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM OR Night 12-hour call shifts 5:00 PM - 7:00 AM Monday-Friday OR 24-hour call shifts 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM Monday-Friday OR 24-hour weekend call
• In-Patient/Out-Patient
• Oregon license preferred for October/November dates but will accept non-OR licensed candidates for later start dates.
• Cases/Procedures:
  First assist in OR for vascular/endovascular surgical cases. Assists with in-clinic procedures. Must provide case log of surgical cases for last 24 months with documentation noting whether assistance was as first, second or third assist. Rounding and admissions required.
