• Plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operations of the Dietary Department
• Oversee the food service department and ensure the preparation and presentation of attractive, nutritious meals for all residents
• Supervise all food service personnel
• Purchase, receive, store and prepare food for the community

• Experience managing a dining service department within the hospitality industry required
• Knowledge and experience managing kitchen sanitation and safety standards and methods
• Basic accounting and mathematical skills to complete necessary reports
• Compassionate, patient, and kind with a heart for working with senior adults
• At least 18 years of age
• Able to communicate in English
