What you’ll do:

As a maurices full-time retail store manager, you’ll lead a team of talented associates to create an unforgettable customer experience. You will supervise a high-performing team of 8-20, including 3-4 members of management, and drive sales, loyalty, and talent development.

• Inspire and direct a team focused on customer obsession and achieving goals (sales, loyalty, talent)
• Lead talent selection, onboarding, development, training, and retention
• Manage the omni-channel business through visual presentation, sound operational practices, and store expenses
• Connect with the community to increase awareness
• Drive new ideas, share information, and create solutions

Store Manager candidates are skilled individuals with:

• Previous management experience (specialty retail store management preferred)
• Proven ability to identify and develop talent and foster a positive team atmosphere
• Ability to make sound decisions, take action, and achieve results
• Computer proficiency
• Availability to work day, evening, and weekend hours
