On-Demand:
Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T0612) e offers flexible scheduling; you can work as much or as little as you like depending on shift availability and store needs.

• Demonstrate a service culture prioritizing the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Assist with checkout, gift registry, pick-up and drive-up services; ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and stock supplies during store hours.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, drive-up orders, and related returns; follow Target policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with guests about loyalty benefits and fulfillment services; help enroll or activate as needed.
• Operate relevant devices and technology, including handheld scanners, and follow safety and cash handling practices.
• Work with leaders to de-escalate situations and recover the guest shopping experience as needed.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Enjoy interacting with guests and helping others; able to thrive in a fast-moving, active environment with teamwork and flexibility.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills; able to educate guests about products and services.
• Ability to handle cash operations and assist with cash office processes as needed.
• Capable of lifting up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally; able to stay mobile during shifts; comfortable in varying store temperatures.
• Must respond to scheduling requests and be active at least one shift every 5 months or risk administrative termination.

Starting hourly rate: 17.25 USD per hour.
